CRM Implementation

Lead Automation and CRM Implementation

Automatically respond to new enquiries, organise every lead and improve your follow-up process.

You already pay to make the phone ring — through your website, Google Ads, Facebook. The expensive problem is what happens next: missed calls that never call back, forms that sit unread overnight, quotes that never get chased. NHP Connect connects your enquiries into one organised CRM and builds the automations that follow up every lead — starting with a text message within minutes.

The leads you’re already losing

None of that is a staffing problem. It’s a systems problem — and it’s fixable.

What we build

NHP Connect implements GoHighLevel — a CRM that pulls your website forms, phone enquiries, Facebook leads and Google Ads enquiries into one pipeline, then wraps automation around it. A CRM centralises every interaction with prospective and existing customers, so your business can manage, track and store leads, jobs and follow-ups in one place instead of five.

The automations, explained

Instant new-lead response

Someone submits your website form → the lead lands in the CRM → you get a notification → the customer gets an immediate SMS (and optionally an email) → a follow-up task is assigned → the lead sits in the right pipeline stage with reminders attached. Nobody falls through the cracks, and the customer’s first impression is “these people are switched on”.

Missed-call text back

Can’t answer? Within seconds the caller receives a text acknowledging their call, telling them someone will be in touch — with an optional link to book a time or share job details. The enquiry is logged automatically. For a tradie on the tools, this alone routinely pays for the whole system.

Facebook lead automation

A Meta lead form submission flows straight into the CRM with its source and campaign recorded, your staff member is notified, and the customer gets an SMS while their interest is hot.

Google Ads lead automation

Enquiries carry their source, campaign and landing page into the CRM, then track through qualification, quote, and job won or lost — with revenue where available. That history can feed enhanced conversions for leads back into Google, so your ad budget optimises toward enquiries that became customers. (This is why our Google Ads and Meta Ads clients get more from the same spend.)

Quote follow-up

Quote sent → automatic reminder → follow-up task → marked accepted, declined or no response → long-term nurture for the ones that went quiet. The quotes you’ve already written are the cheapest revenue you’ll ever recover.

Appointment automation

Confirmations, reminders, rescheduling links, no-show follow-up, and internal staff reminders.

Review requests

After a completed job, the customer gets a personalised review request; follow-up stops once they’ve left one. Unhappy customers are invited to contact you directly first — but never blocked from leaving an honest review.

Existing-customer follow-up

Maintenance and annual service reminders, warranty check-ins, rebooking prompts, referral requests and seasonal campaigns — sent to people who already know and trust you.

What implementation includes

SMS compliance, built in

Automated SMS is powerful — and regulated. Australian commercial electronic messages require appropriate consent, accurate sender identification, a working unsubscribe (every NHP automation honours reply STOP), and records of how consent was obtained. A one-off website enquiry is not blanket permission for ongoing marketing — ACMA has specifically warned businesses about auto-adding enquirers to marketing lists.

So we build the two flows separately
Transactional responses

Answering the enquiry someone just made.

Ongoing marketing

Later promotions, only with proper consent.

From 1 July 2026, branded SMS sender IDs must be registered through an approved provider — unregistered branded senders display as “Unverified”. Sender ID registration is a line item in every NHP implementation checklist.

Privacy and data security

Implementations follow the Australian Privacy Principles:

Your customer data is an asset — we set it up so it stays one.

Ownership and independence

Must state plainly: who owns the GoHighLevel account, who pays platform and SMS costs, how data exports work, and what happens if you stop working with NHP Connect.

What’s not included

Answering your leads — automation buys you time and keeps the queue honest, but humans still close the work. Ad management is its own service, and custom software development beyond the GoHighLevel platform is quoted separately.

Who it’s for

Trades and service businesses drowning in enquiries they can’t chase, anyone spending on Google or Meta ads, and quote-based businesses where follow-up is the difference between a good month and a bad one.

Do’s and don’ts

Do

Don’t

How it works

1. Assessment

Where your leads come from, where they leak, what to automate first.

2. Design

Pipeline, workflows and messages mapped to how you actually work.

3. Build

CRM configured, integrations connected, automations written.

4. Test

Every flow fired and verified end to end.

5. Train

Your team knows exactly what happens automatically and what needs a human.

6. Support

Documentation plus ongoing help as your processes evolve.

Pricing

Every business’s lead flow is different, so CRM implementation is custom quoted — itemised so you can see exactly what’s what: one-off implementation, monthly GoHighLevel software, SMS usage, email/phone service costs, and optional ongoing management. What moves the price: users, pipelines, integrations, data migration, number of workflows, and training. No minimum terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

GoHighLevel — it combines pipeline, SMS, email, calendars and Facebook/Google integrations in one platform, which keeps monthly costs down versus stitching five tools together.

Yes, when done properly: consent, accurate sender ID, working unsubscribe, and a clear line between answering an enquiry and ongoing marketing. We build all of that in.

Since 1 July 2026, branded SMS sender names must be registered through an approved provider or they display as “Unverified”. It’s on our implementation checklist.

When you can’t answer, the caller instantly gets a text acknowledging them, with an optional booking link — and the enquiry is logged in your CRM instead of lost.

Yes — website forms, Meta lead forms and Google Ads enquiries all flow into the same pipeline with their source recorded.

Supported integrations vary; we’ll confirm your specific stack during assessment

Depends on scope — pipelines, integrations and migration volume. You’ll get a timeline with your quote, and workflows go live in stages so value starts early.

Yes, and it’s included — along with documentation. The system only works if your team trusts what it does.

See ownership section. Data export capability will be stated plainly here.
