NHP Connect started in 2021 with a simple observation: small businesses were being sold websites that looked fine and did nothing — and then couldn’t even get their designer on the phone. Since then we’ve completed more than 300 websites and built the services around them that actually turn a website into work: Google and Meta advertising, Google Business Profile management, hosting, and the lead automation that makes sure no enquiry slips through.

Customer contact, project management, onboarding and day-to-day support are personally handled by Ben James — the person you brief is the person accountable. Behind him is a team of 10+ designers, developers and campaign specialists doing the building.

The whole process was made simple and seemless. As a plumber i don't really have a good understanding of computers or the internet. Which is why it was a big factor for me that i had someone who was able simplify the process of making the website.
